  • COVID-19
    At Hey Cali, your health and safety is our number one priority. Our salon undergo regular enhanced levels of cleaning and we ask all customers to sanitise their hands upon arrival. All of our technicians wear gloves and masks for treatments at all times and follow latest government guidelines. We ask customers to not attend their appointment if they have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have one or more of the symptoms identified by the NHS.
  • Mode of payment
    Hey Cali accepts only Paynow and Cash. Accepting credit card payment will incur in transaction fees therefore we've opted out. You are welcome to provide a cash tip to the nail technicians.
  • Booking an appointment
    We offer a variety of convenient ways to book appointments at our salon. Our preferred method of booking is through WhatsApp, which allows us to quickly and easily confirm availability and lock in your desired appointment time. You can also call our shop and speak with one of our technicians, who will be happy to check our schedule and book your appointment over the phone. We do our best to accommodate all requests, but please keep in mind that our availability may vary and it's always a good idea to book as far in advance as possible.   • Running late
    Hey Cali understand that sometimes unexpected events can cause customers to arrive late for their appointments. In order to ensure that we have enough time to provide the best possible service to all of our customers, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes for lateness. If a customer arrives later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate them, but we may need to adjust the services offered or offer an "express" service that can be completed in a shorter amount of time. We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Cancellations
    In order to ensure that we have enough time to fill any open spots and provide the best possible service to all of our customers, we ask that cancellations be made as far in advance as possible. We also ask that customers avoid canceling their appointments at the last minute, as we may have other customers on the waiting list who would be able to take the open spot. Please note that we do not charge any fees for cancellations. We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Deposit
    Group Bookings: A deposit is required for group bookings of 3 or more people. $20 per person for both manicure and pedicure services. $10 per person for either manicure or pedicure service. Securing Your Slot: To confirm your appointment, please provide proof of transfer by sharing a screenshot with us. Make the deposit via Paynow to UEN: 202017974E (Cali Group Pte Ltd). This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your services on the appointment day. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Deposits for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be forfeited. Peak Periods: During peak periods such as Hari Raya and Chinese New Year, deposits are required for all bookings, including individual appointments, due to a history of last-minute cancellations.
  • Walk ins
    Due to limited availability we recommend that all clients book in advance. That said, if you are walking by you are welcome to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • Tips
    If you love your service, please feel free to leave a tip. At Hey Cali 100% of tips are passed on to the specific technician you saw. May god reward your generosity.
  • Food and drinks
    We understand that sometimes customers may want to enjoy a meal or a drink during their session at our salon. While we do allow food and drinks in our salon, we ask that our customers be practical and considerate when doing so. Please make sure to dispose of any trash properly and avoid bringing in messy or smelly foods that might be disruptive to other customers. We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Children under12
    We are happy to provide services for children under the age of 12, but we do require that a parent or guardian be present to supervise the child during the appointment. As our salon is a working environment, we cannot be held responsible for any harm or damages that may occur if a parent or guardian is not present. While we will do our best to accommodate children, we reserve the right to reject service if a child is causing harm or safety concerns to our technicians or other customers. We appreciate our customers' understanding and cooperation in this matter.
  • Medical conditions
    When booking via Whatsapp, please declare any allergies/medical conditions we should be aware of. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for a list of conditions that may prevent us from completing treatments. If you have any concerns, please send us an email or call ahead and speak to a member of the team.
  • Events
    Hey Cali is a perfect place for events from gatherings of friends, baby showers all the way up to launch parties and corporate events. We would be delighted to assist you in planning your own bespoke gathering – please email contact@heycalisg.com for further details.

  • Gift cards/e-Gift cards
    - You may only purchase our gift cards physically in store or online through our website for treatments which may be used by yourself or any other person (who meets the conditions set out in these Terms). - Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full - Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. - Gift Card is transferable but resale is prohibited. - Gift-Card is valid for a single transaction only, and is not valid for use with other types of discounts, promotions or offers unless otherwise stated. - Hey Cali will not be responsible for replacing any lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards - The amount in this Gift Card is not valid for Cashback. Only the amount payable is. - Hey Cali reserves the right to change the terms and conditions herein from time to time at its sole discretion. - Hey Cali reserves the right to amend the validity date of the Gift Cards or reject Gift Cards in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse. - Gift Card or e-Gift Card code must be physically presented on the day of appointment. - Use of this Gift Card is strictly by appointment only. Please quote the card's serial number or e-Gift Card code when making your appointment.
